The Simply Infinity Scarf

This is my simple version of the scarf pattern in Moogly:: Artfully Simple Infinity Scarf. And it's the very first infinity scarf I made! Yey! (>‿◠)✌

I don't know what type of yarn I used for this. I just bought the yarn from a local yarn store and it has no brand or any label on it....

Anyway, here it is....

Note:: Sorry again for the blurry pics. I did tried to edit them but that's far as I can go....

From this project I learned making an infinity scarf, how to make seamless join and how to weave in ends.

The Checkerboard Scarf

I finished my second scarf! Yey! (>‿◠)✌

The pattern for the stitches can be found here at the Lion Brand website.... It's called Checkerboard Stitch

It's super simple, great for beginners like me, and I love the combination of the colors gray and purple....

I think you can make it on any type of yarn and use a particular hook that you like. If you'll make it with a thread yarn, my advice is to use triple crochet stitch to make a very loose fabric. (Good idea for me! hahahaha :D )

So...here it is...

My Very First Crochet Scarf:: Yey!

I would like to share the very first crochet lace scarf that I made. I'm calling it Sweet Ube Scarf. "Ube" is our term for "violet" and this scarf is getting ready to go to Israel, to my best friend who is working there. Yey! (>‿◠)✌ She's a very sweet friend and very kind and even though we no longer see each other frequently, this scarf will be a reminder of the tie that will bind us together forever. (I'm not a very senti person, am I? lol)
